SECOND LIFE is a ME=WE workshop series for youth offered by INNOCO, born from empathetic parents with awareness of their physical and mental health. It's designed primarily for youth who want to upgrade their lifestyle aiming to achieve their best status like on a virtual game. In the series of workshops we seek to, step-by-step, unleash the powers latent within our youth, beginning with four sessions focused on ME.

SECOND LIFE offers a journey of exploration. Together, we brave the ocean of myriad thoughts, we seek strength to build habits anew, we contemplate life and happiness, and attempt to unravel the connections between our lives and the systems around us. We will look inward and explore outward, to find a new ME, but this time, you decide the direction, because you're in the driver's seat. If you agree, let's check-in to Level #1.
SECOND LIFE First Level has four key topics of sleeping, meditating, exercising and eating. It starts with parents' info-session prior to PLUG-IN and individual post work while stepping up with a several UPGRADES.
Each theme is explored in dedicated sessions, with the final session focused on integrating their learning into an actionable plan. This program can be delivered in-person over four on-site or virtual sessions, ensuring flexibility to meet diverse needs.

The program is primarily online via Zoom using Sutra platform to meet diverse needs and schedules.
